fyeahmetal My buddies and I have conversations about who's going to succeed the OG classic metal singers. Ozzy's gone, Dio's gone, the others are getting up there. IMO Sarabeth Linden is on the short list, as well as Brooks from Crypt Sermon. Hope for the future! And that's the feel of this record, not some soggy, "authentically lo-fi" rehash, but a rocket-powered time machine to an era when music had mystery and power. Bart Musically they remind me of Manowar more than Iron Maiden. Vocally they actually remind me of Skyclad in that they are clean, but have a bit of grit to them.
