clsaikyo Groundbreaking thall production. Brain tickling insanity! Favorite track: Arsenic.
    plop_top thumbnail
plop_top Good lord, colossal as hell. Beats me down with every track. Production is crazy, and adding vocals is something I've always wanted with Mirar. Very awesome. Favorite track: Når Solen Går Ned.
    Nemo thumbnail
Nemo Here's the thing, while Mirar is undoubtedly a Thall band, I don't go into their music expecting a "purely" and "traditional" Thall record. They are so much more than that. If anything, I usually go into their music expecting an electronic album. The way they blend baroque and EDM into their music is unparalleled; no other artist sounds like them. Because of this, they will always have my seal of approval. Favorite track: Arsenic.

    Unhinderedbytalent thumbnail
Unhinderedbytalent This is an album that somehow suggests an intimacy with the pain it explores. It is after all a record that is telling stories and thus it should carry some stimulus from the lives of these women that resonates with anyone who has experienced suffering. It is not just an album of choral chants and atmospheric keys by any means , instead there is a robustness to the messaging of this album, and as a result it comes across as a very modern sounding take of its historical content Favorite track: Louise du Néant (1639-1694).
    Obscurium Webzine thumbnail
Obscurium Webzine Dark, suffocating, and profoundly human. One of the most striking black metal works to emerge from Quebec. Not really a favorite track - the album must be taken as a whole. It’s an experience you don’t come out of unscathed.
    Crispy Middles thumbnail
Crispy Middles ...Isa 37 Jehovah our God, save us out of his hand, so that all the kingdoms of the earth may know that you alone are God, O Jehovah.”
...Deut 4 you will know that Jehovah is the TRUE GOD; there is no other besides him.
...1 Cor 8 there is ... ONE GOD, the Father, from whom all things are and we for him; and there is ONE LORD, Jesus Christ, through whom all things are
...John 17 This means everlasting life, their coming to know you, the only TRUE GOD, and the one whom you SENT, Jesus Christ.

    Roland thumbnail
Roland I honestly thought I had bought this album years ago but shamefully, I had not. Making up for this now. Jord is basically the Blackgaze flagship in my book. It doesn't get much better than this! Favorite track: Lambda.

Gary Davidson The voice of Time To Burn returns and whilst there is still lots of post-metal here it comes from more of a post-hardcore urgency. So many catchy riffs and moments of beautiful heaviness.

Easily in my top 15 album of the year.

lvcian svmmerisle Lively and fun, just the right amount of self indulgent, interesting beats - always been popular any time I've put it on at parties. Say Your Prayers went straight on my "uplifting pep talk" playlist Favorite track: SAY YOUR PRAYERS.
    Ranae thumbnail
Ranae Perfect album and the best Psyclon Nine has to offer. Older stuff is amazing but they really out did themselves on this one. Favorite track: LOCUST OF EVERYTHING.
    Spike 0² thumbnail
Spike 0² this is a masterpiece for all that is darkness energy. I'm legit obsessed with how amazing this album sounds...and it's chilling how much the narrative is in snyc with my own personal life. Hell yes for Psyclon Nine ; vive le roi Favorite track: SPEAK EVIL.
