Hi Fred!
I just told my partner we need to ‘Kath and Dave’ our next outing. So now we’re deep in a worm composting certification course, trying to ethically source beeswax for our own line of artisanal bike tires, and haven’t slept in 36 hours. Thank you for showing us the way. We’re not tired, we are alive! All thanks to your inspiring new sound effects album.
Also, as a former flight attendant, please know that we would LOVE for you to police attentiveness and seatbelt security. 🩷

Metric has been my favorite indie pop band of the past couple decades. It doesn't matter how many times I've listened to every album - I can't imagine ever growing tired of these catchy songs and Emily's great lyrics/vocals.
Favorite track: I.O.U..
Simon Hughes
I just listened to this album for the first time .. I’d never heard of the band of the album before. The fact that it’s mind blowingly good is what makes me so passionate about music.. there’s always going to be amazing music that you’ve never heard before! This is the start of my Metric journey 😊
Favorite track: The List.

Easily one of the most beautiful and generous albums ever recorded.

It's a good job that the favourite track button isn't working, because I am hopelessly torn between a few different options on this album.

This is probably top 5 best albums of the decade.

After a few listens I realized what a masterpiece this is. It's like a river, constantly flowing, telling a story. This is top-tier musicianship.

Not for everyone, but it fills in a lot of cracks in your brain.

I saw Joanna Newsom in Nottingham UK I think 2004, amazing gig, I've never seen such a protective spellbound audience.
I listen to the album every week, helps focus and/or relax.
