scott Compared to all the other releases by this band, this is a truly mediocre release.

jasonsumm Eerie, largely dark AF, sprinkles of hope. Favorite track: Killed the Lord, Left for the New World.
    Terrence Falconer thumbnail
Terrence Falconer Back in 2020, when a spiritual experience opened up to me, the sky in the village where I lived was covered in smoke due to the fervent local forest fires. This spiritual experience now associates with these fires somehow, and it was a pinnacle of my life from which I'm only falling down as of now. The smoke represents a stage of transformation, it's a calamity indeed, but every calamity is a phase of transformation Favorite track: Communal Blood.

Matt Schwerin Man oh man. Friend (lover), brings me right back to like…2010, living in my first apartment in Chicago, the train thundering right outside our 3rd floor back door, rainy days, super hot summer days, biking to the beach, freshly graduated from college-excited for life but not sure where I was going. My roommate Zak would play Evenings in our apartment and this song in particular has stuck with me all these years- a sign of a truly great song. Over a decade later, I’m finally buying the record. Favorite track: Friend (Lover).
    Scruffy Dapperton thumbnail
Scruffy Dapperton The experience of this album is ineffable, just sit back and relax, let it do all the work. Favorite track: Friend (Lover).
    .gov thumbnail
.gov I first heard the North Dorm ep around 2010 or 2011, which was in and of itself mind blowing to me and made me receptive to so many more genres of music. Evenings has held on through my music exploration phase in my late teens till now, pushing 30. Excited to get Yore on vinyl. Favorite track: Softly We Go.

Alice M. Didn't really know where to start with this label, so this eclectic anniversary compilation seemed like a good fit.

    Johann Theo thumbnail
Johann Theo This short, gentle album is extraordinarily pretty and also a tactful distillation of Sieren's style. For me, his synth sound design is some of the most appealing that's out there, resonating juuuuust right at all times. Favorite track: Unfold.
