Alex This one grabbed my attention immediately. The mix of music and rainfall on the opening track works so well - the rainfall masking my tinnitus - I wish it would go longer. I'm a fairly recent listener to Jeff Pearce, but this makes me wonder how I managed to go so long without discovering his music. Easily my favourite album of the last few months. Favorite track: Rain This Morning.

mysticwolf75 Beautiful work, as always! I'd love an extended version (hour long) of Rain This Morning. Would be great for sleep or meditation. Favorite track: Rain This Morning.

    fuckub2 thumbnail
fuckub2 A beautiful journey into a fantasy world. I don't listen to much Dungeon synth, but this creator can transport your thoughts to other souls and surroundings without words.
    hnorbgnorblin thumbnail
hnorbgnorblin Nice chill medieval stuff with great texture. Walked around London in the snow with this playing and the vibe was perfect.
    M4rv1n3 thumbnail
M4rv1n3 An outstanding travel to a fantasy world that is both soothing and urging you to move forward in its enchanted forests/ swamps!
Favorite track: Birth of the Toad King.

    qkuroin thumbnail
qkuroin a masterful synthesis of folk music, history and modern audio quality. the hommage to greek rebetiko is perfectly rendered for modern western ears, not loosing a bit of its power, actually gaining sharpness and resonance. Favorite track: Tonight in Your Neighbourhood.
    Michael thumbnail
Michael This is another way to get my Dead Can Dance fix. Should I even say that? I picked up a few pennies today. I wore shoes. "I sentenced Death to a thousand years in jail so you'd be free to spend time with me." That sounds like something God would say. That's less time than Death deserves. Favorite track: You Were Barefoot.
    Dan BG Melbourne thumbnail
Dan BG Melbourne As a Balkanite Aussie, this is made for me! I just love this so much. It got me on a Rebetiko binge (also listening to Dimitris Mystakidis and Vinicio Capossela). Sitting here in (Brendan's) Melbourne and my heart is back in the Mediterranean. Favorite track: Bring Me a Cup of Wine.

blinde_pater Very warm, melodic and light sounds that bring me back to my core essence and acceptance of what is. Thank you for creating this work of art. Favorite track: In Death (Carry Me Home).
    Rúnatal thumbnail
Rúnatal One of my favorite Osi albums to date, second only to Nordlige Runaskog. Much like their previous album Appalachia, the band takes a more American folkish approach to their music in this release. The songs, while seldom rhyming, are both catchy and meaningful, and you'll like the album the more you listen. The world could use more music like this as we sink into a modern, synthetic hellhole. Favorite track: Folk Of The Woods.
    Bart thumbnail
Bart Ranges from dark folk to more symphonic instrumental pieces that would make for a great movie soundtrack. Solid stuff. Favorite track: Mountain Shamanism.
