funkyjeff77 I was very much in the clicks & cuts movement, buying everything from Mille Plateaux, Force Inc and Akufen/Horror inc as well as Perlon. I bought this CD in 2005 and it stayed a personal favorite of mine. Akufen needs no introduction but this album is different from the rest of his discography. I would describe it as an organic ambient dub experience. Definately more experimental in terms of rhythms. It's an abstract journey that you feel compelled to revisit often.Alors..Chapeau mon ami ! mikehoolboom A troubled glitch confessional, with soaring beauties crossed by doubt and uncertainty, everything beautiful. The final two tracks are haunted memorials, the wreckage cleared, the survivor staggering across the new world. Stunning conclusions here even moreso for being so quiet and deeply felt. Favorite track: Outro (ft. The Mensah Imaginary Band).

Gremlin Monroe A grainy light, the glitched ray Favorite track: Simulacrum IV.

bzz_bzz_recordings essential listening. the tracks on here are incredibly raw and emotive, feels like living a lifetime in his shoes Favorite track: Blind Power (ft. The Mensah Imaginary Band).
