    Shane Semler thumbnail
Shane Semler Silky smooth, high production industrial metal, easily on par with the best of something like say, Celldweller or heavier Pendulum tracks. It has a similar poppy aggro-synth quality I really enjoy. In fact, the hooks, melodies, and guitar riffs are better than any modern pop music (does pop even have guitar anymore?). Awesome cover art. I'd buy the CD if there was one. Favorite track: The Great Treason.
    spasebase88 thumbnail
spasebase88 This track was an instant hit for me.
I've listened to it about 100 times now in the couple of days since I downloaded it.
Incredible energy in this one! Favorite track: Star-Crossed.
    doive thumbnail
doive .. the voyage continues, among stars and through galaxies, Wulf adjusts trajectories and travel speed to ensure listeners will enjoy this next step of his adventurous interstellar cruise to the bits. And the result is a complete success.
As master Thanasis Lightbridge would probably put it himself : ∆ The Neuroverse Expands ∆ .. feel joyful, feel grateful & space on! 🎶 Favorite track: Life Forgotten.

bmurator Hungarian Atmospheric / Post-Black Metal. A one man, Bálint Rósz, project. Bál's powerful vocals are something else & they really shine through here! The music is very varied as well & I would say the is Bál's very best - so far... :) Thank you so much for your music Bál! No faves - at least not yet & it is going to take very *many* repeats to find one at all... :) Highly recommended!!!

Urso X The algorithm popped this into my feed the other day, and I listened because the cover reminded me of Abyssal Rift’s debut. Should’ve been an instabuy, but my budget (womp womp). Then Sasha scooped me on the review, so now I’m just left with this smokin’ little slab of blackened dissodeath to comfort me 😆

Seriously, FANFUCKINGTASTIC, not to be missed! Favorite track: Gaze of Atrophy.

    Metallurgical Fire thumbnail
Metallurgical Fire After this and Inferi release, you won’t need anymore death metal this year. You may want more, but you won’t need it. Lago’s Sea of Duress is a dm classic. Vigil sounds better already. It should be the top OSDM album for 2026 by a clear margin. Immolation will be immolated.

Predicted accurately. Vigil is my favorite album released in 2026 so far. It’s a monster. This is a great example of what happens when a drummer can also produce!
    Name's Dalton thumbnail
Name's Dalton Dissonant, grinding death metal with Lago’s signature off-kilter churning grooves, killer growling vox, and some beautiful lead guitar work.

aelia I second what Brent said. AOECIST gets more interesting with each release. Can’t wait to hear the full length!

Truly splendid stuff, and highly recommended to all disso/avant-death metal weirdos (you beauties!).

positronicping After inducting you into his dark realm with the intro track, Nuno unleashes both diabolical blackened death barrels across this EP. The sound is immense (those drums!!), and because of Conduit's mastery of dynamics, the immensity envelops you. Perfection. Favorite track: Resonance Mantra.
    bmurator thumbnail
bmurator Portuguese Blackened Death Metal. Fantastically dark in every way! Love *all* the vocals... :) I have had this on rotation since I received it which means I definitely want & *need* more please! If this is just the beginning then there are no limits to where this new project can go & I look forward to being here at every step... :) Thanks Sérgio! Highly recommended!!! Favorite track: Conduit to a Threshold.
