Sysperium The iconic modern day slam album. This was the album that got me into slam. Definitely a top tier album, The vocals are amazing and the guitar work is absolutely Vile on this one. Favorite track: Isolated Insanity.

David Fischer Submission and Slavery was a capital raw black metal release, and as some others, the sound change had me shy away a little... more than would've been reasonable. Saturnian Bloodstorm is brimming with energetic, enrapturing, fantastic riffs; explosive, ferocious drumming; and compelling atmosphere. In Communion With the Wintermoon is in my eyes the best example for all these components coming together in the most natural and fervent way. Note to self: it's always better to believe in the artist! Favorite track: In Communion With the Wintermoon.
