cyrilservain This is an incredible album! A hypnotic mix of extreme noise, post-rock, free jazz and classical impressionistic elements. Bits of Swans, GY!BE or John Zorn here and there, but very much its own thing as well. Gripping, intense and adventurous on a harmonic level. Extremely dark, but so frigging *driven* as well. The cherry on the cake is the quotes of two of my favorite classical pieces of music ever in the first track, by Stravinsky and Holst. And each one of the four tracks slaps anyway! Favorite track: My childhood was a period of waiting for the moment when I could send everyone and everything connected with it to hell.

naturesmorticians this album feels like the jazz equivalent to screaming until your throat bleeds. it's so raw in a way only anger and pain can be, it hits in waves and revelations and pure distilled hatred. every time I listen through this album I feel like my rage is seen. it's beautiful and powerful and amazing Favorite track: Gilotyna.

Amity Getting to hear so many of the pieces that either led up to or were directly sampled within Motherfucker really is amazing. One of my favorite bands ever and I am so excited for the sister record already! Farm Sounds is gonna be elite.
