barockhaus Ich frage mich: warum habe ich das erst jetzt entdeckt? Eine mega klasse sound landscape gepaart mit einer einnehmenden und markanten Stimme. Das Ergebnis: einfach umwerfend.

RJ I first heard ERR when she collaborated with Thou on ‘May Our Chambers Be Full’ (which if you haven’t checked out I would highly recommend you do so) and was immediately drawn into her melancholic, folksy, gravely vocals. ‘On Dark Horses’ is an excellent cathartic expression of electric neofolk and post rock that I can’t stop listening to. 9/10 Favorite track: Races.

NopeFace Darkhorse changed my life. for the better. I've never cried so hard for a song, for a couple lines to come so close to the keening, to the evisceration of losing what I've lost, and to let that same song put me back together again. Thank you Emma. Favorite track: Darkhorse.

    * If you want to support an original writer of Stars, check out Stephen Hillier - Variations, also on Bandcamp. I really enjoy the Halflife EP. Stars is such an amazing tune. Halflife and Hyperfast are so good too. Remember when I first heard "floating bubbles laying down on me" and I thought she was saying "Thornton marvels laying down on me." Mmm-Hmm. I know all the guys want Cristina, and they all think Cristina secretly wants them too. 🤔
Why is that? 🥺 Hello. Favorite track: Stars.

quiet_moss I don't want to sound negative, because it's a fantastic album, but it's a wonderful calmer. I haven't felt as calm as I did while listening to this album in a long time.
    Josh Solar thumbnail
Josh Solar Perfect album to listen to while laying in a hammock. The way the sounds float around the stereo field take you on a journey. Favorite track: Sign of Rescue.
