helpfulbandit Rob Turner sounds amazing here in Mammal Hands. I was sad when he left GoGo Penguin. I enjoyed his solo work and am equally happy to see him join another favorite band of mine. A great album from start to finish. The brothers, Jordan and Nick have not lost their touch either. Great work. Favorite track: Submerge.

Robin Jones was rightfully called "The King Salsa" of the London Underground Latin Jazz Scene and was everyone's Congero of choice. He was rightfully proud of this first ever original Latin Album recorded in the UK on the totally obscure Apollo Sound label. Fresh and bouncy, one of the most important albums recorded in the UK Jazz and Latin scenes and the wellspring of what was to come. Favorite track: Denga.

jimgardner2 Fabulous album. At times intensely warm and comforting, like a chocolatey dark roast cortado, elsewhere as electrifying and heady as the best jRPG soundtracks. All delivered with exceptionally tight playing and a cohesive feel throughout the tracks.

mmcwright Finding this album is growing on me. Initially thought it was the tale of two cities: these big, orchestral numbers, then these tight, driving jazz ones. Still listening for the integration, but certainly finding it all interesting. Favorite track: Premedetatio Malorum.
