triplej26 Hit single Entity enters the mind of one victim spirit of Jack the Ripper. Then proceeds to haunt him as a twisted genius idea for a dark electric metal like track. Soothe and Sultry lustful taste is there as Jack sleeps into a nightmare slowly getting ripped apart by an entity.

That dream would come true for the victim once industrial metal part starts playing. Sweet dark sultry revenge. Favorite track: Entity.

Alec so dark and sultry Favorite track: Entity.

dharmalogos Megan's new song is awesome. It still has the sultry smoothness and seduction of her previous solo work, but it's also much heavier - borderline industrial even. I hope to hear more songs like this on her next album.

Arturo Arredondo There have been a lot of iconic video game soundtracks that are equally immersive in context and great, catchy music in their own right; Skyrim, Castlevania: Symphony of the Night, Witcher III, Fallout 3, any of the Final Fantasies from IV to IX. Megan McDuffee's Hostile Takeover is a tour de force that honestly deserves to join those ranks. It evokes familiar cyberpunk imagery but is still original and interesting. To call this album perfection is putting it mildly.
    Mazedude thumbnail
Mazedude Love the flavor of this OST; the soundscape is incredible while at the same time establishing great moods per track, and keeping them melodic and interesting at the same time. Several steps above the typical synthwave fare. Favorite track: Hideout.
    phillyflash thumbnail
phillyflash This album is awesome!! I love every track. I will definitely be listening to this the next time I read a sci-fi novel. I’ve always loved Megan as a singer, but now I love her as a first rate composer 😃
