   dkelvin One of the best song-band in the world. Somewhere between Church and some great atmospheric 80's UK pop, you'll hear few better songs from the first 15 years of this century. Favorite track: Lost On A Blue Star.

   Travis Smith If you love the Spires, don't pass over this EP. The whole thing is fantastic, and the title track is a top 5er of theirs for me. Two thumbs up, with an aspiration for more thumbs to cast towards the sky. Great stuff. Favorite track: To Complicate Matters.

   Travis Smith This is a wonderful record by a fantastic band. There are definitely standout tracks, but one impressive thing is the high floor. Not a skip track in the bunch. It waves over you with curve balls, cool riffs, and great melodies while maintaining a cohesion that leaves nothing feeling out of place. As with the rest of the Spires catalog, there are thought provoking moments and their signature fusion of new wave, old school indie rock, and psych that you just can't find elsewhere. Thumbs up! Favorite track: Man Ray Dreams.
