Lumen99 Excellent retro-prog executed flawlessly, would easily be considered one of the best prog albums of all time if it came out in 1973. Hell, it might still be one of the best prog albums of all time. Favorite track: Foxlight.

Leterren In the Prog Archives, this is the only album from this millennium to crack the top 45 on the all time list. The lovable grognards over there can't seem to get enough of Wobbler, and neither can I. Favorite track: Fermented Hours.

kadees „Fauna“ ist ein sehr vielschichtiges Konzeptalbum, in das man sich unter Umständen erst etwas einhören muss. Doch mit jedem weiteren Durchlauf klingen die Lieder auf diesem Album noch besser und packender.

joanofarch They simply know how to write sings that combine amazing, heavy riffs with harmonies full of tension and atmospheric elements. And they craft buildups that get your heartrate up like nothing else.
Some of the songs feel inspired by bands like Haken with complex rhythmicality. I love everything about that album. Favorite track: Sight Unseen.

Holger Rudolph Awesome album. I wasn't sure, if Elder would return to the incredible song writing of the past AND keep getting more progressive. Well, they did. Favorite track: Strata.

David Fischer Yog-Sothoth. The thought of something lurking beyond time and space, seeing and knowing everything and all in existence at any given time, is deeply unsettling and yet fascinating. This outermost, outerworldly feeling is being transported in a good way. Part 1 is good, but Part 2 indeed sounds like I would imagine The Lurker at the Threshold to feel, if he felt anything. An outerworldly, cosmic and desolate piece of dark ambient. Favorite track: Yog-Sothoth 2.

Genxian Ethereal and sombre, Azathoth captures the eldritch horror of Lovecraft's vision to exceptional degrees. To let the mind stop in the face of the sheer scope of the soundscape created, that is wondrous. Favorite track: Azathoth 1.

Tru3Exist0r Among the very best of Cryo Chamber's Lovecraftian albums, and that's saying a lot. Azathoth's two long form ambient odysseys really do capture the sense of scale, the sheer weight and size of Azathoth, the blind idiot god, who is, alas, the very ground of cosmic being. The music draws you in and then overwhelms and overpowers you, so that you are listening...helplessly, flat, prone but destined to survive this potent aural sample of Azathoth's power!
