William "Tycoon" Russ This is my favourite album of the 2020’s. A classic in the first order. Every song is truly great. Nothing sounds repetitive and it continues to be fresh and new to this day. Favorite track: You Ain't Never Been Blue.

Tom Colquhoun Just like the cover photo, this album is thick with roots: Blue interweaving portrayals of his own roots and upbringing; falling in love with music and the wider history of soul and hip-hop; the history of the African diaspora; coming back around to the roots Blu is putting down in the present, his family and vision for his future. A breathtakingly ambitious and beautifully executed , soulful album with big, gorgeous, dreamy, jazzy beats from Exile. Favorite track: Music Is My Everything feat. Choosey & Jimetta Rose.

Fpessoa Such bawdy and delightfully arrogant lyrics are paired perfectly with the extravagant and lush instrumentation. Everyone knows it's holy. Favorite track: Holy, Holy.

ZünoXê زونوكسي SōZįnhõ Fantastic Collaboration between these two amazing artists. I had the opportunity of meeting Maestro Sven Wunder and the super talented collective Drumetrics at the Moroccan Lounge in LA, where I also had the pleasure of hearing Sven premiered these two incredible tracks as he did an opening DJ set for Drumetrics interpreting Mr. Wunder’s most critically acclaimed cult hits.
