Grand Malevolence n'est pas une parole lancée en l'air. Dans son deuxième opus, Depravity ne retient plus ses coups : le flot de haine se déverse pendant cinquante minutes, frappe par son style ouvertement brutal death metal et partage des visions de l'apocalypse. Mais les membres se torturent aussi eux-même, conciliant délire complet et technique. Implosion, explosion ! Favorite track: The Coming of the Hammering.

Another brilliant mix, flawless prod, massive and punchy, delivered with surgical precision by the Aussie DM act. Again, supporting TOR, I just wanted to add the CD to my BC collection, but I can't see any DM fan turn their heads aways from this masterpiece! Favorite track: Epitome of Extinction.

Poesy Rider Je pense que si Morbid angel était en colère, et se foutait vraiment en rogne, ça donnerait sans doute quelque chose comme ça... Favorite track: Aligned With Satan.

Bart It's like if Deicide decided to dip into the tech death realm. Really impressive release. Death metal fans are absolutely going to love this. Favorite track: Eunuch Maker.

Emily Violet Twisted Prayers is an album that stands amongst the best of contemporary death metal. It's pure filth and I love it. Favorite track: Lethal Legacy.

Sightless_Wisdom Be prepared to either die or go to jail because you will piss off your neighbors so much with how loud and powerful this music is that you will either fight to the death or kill your opponent and rot for the remainder of your days in prison. So basically the music will achieve its goal of laying waste to everyone and everything that hears it. Favorite track: Invoke War (feat. Machine Head).

positronicping Frozen Soul move ever closer to the Platonic ideal of death metal on this album. It's all timeless stuff, teeming with infectious riffs and pulverising grooves, as well as some appropriately icy atmospherics here and there. It might be meat and potatoes, but it's cooked by Michelin star chefs. Favorite track: Ethereal Dreams.
