    Thud Lark thumbnail
Thud Lark What a fantastic and fascinating collection! Reminds me of Morgan Geist’s ‘Unclassics’ compilation in that many of the tracks here sound a bit beautifully ‘wrong’ in some way. Maybe the futuristic synths jar against quotidian lyrics or a robotic voice in an English accent doesn’t quite convince, but it’s such contrasts that make these tracks particularly intriguing and fun. Favorite track: John Springate - My Life.

punkrock1972bp its good to see Ian making music again. While I haven't played the record all that much, it feels like a natural progression and I think one can hear the Fugazi influence. I hate to say it, but its there.
