maxwell_m Sometimes I get sick of pretending that healing has to look docile. The music these wonderful people have made has been more therapeutic than I could ask for. This album serves as a massage of sorts for my brain. A massage that I’m very grateful for.

Thank you kindly, Favorite track: Big Hips.

aidhelam I find it so interesting that, for the most part, I wouldn't be able to tell that some of these songs were Minecraft covers unless I was told. Favorite track: Minecraft.

xsweetclementinex I’m so glad this exists. It feels like a fresh take of something familiar and comforting to me. It’s extremely helpful to listen to when I need to calm down and focus. Favorite track: Dry Hands.

    allygirl360 thumbnail
allygirl360 their greatest record.. Favorite track: Young Fathers.
    aceofcorvids thumbnail
aceofcorvids possibly definitely my #1 album Ever. i own a signed copy of this and it is a very prized possession partly due to the fact that i didn't even know it was signed when i ordered it secondhand. that kind of chance moment of beauty exemplifies my whole experience w this album. i could write a whole essay on this and i probably will at some point. i've been holding this work of art up to the light in my mind every day since i first met it and each time something new shines through the cracks. <3 Favorite track: Dreams of Cannibalism.
    rook thumbnail
rook It's nearly impossible to pick one favorite track, since this album is the single most important record to my personal context. I dream about making art that impacts others in the way White Lighter impacts me. I had the joy and good-pain of seeing Typhoon perform live on the anniversary of my best friend's death. "Every star is a possible death. We gave 'em names, call 'em cancers, call 'em accidents." Whoever is on keyboard plays four notes, and the rest of the band must jump in. TRANSFORMATIVE Favorite track: Possible Deaths.

ValerieFreeman2763 The Echos of American Alt County are incredible. I would have thought (this is a complement) they grew up in North Alabama. with Daddys who worked the quarries around Birmingham, Alabama and perhaps were too good a friends with Jack Daniels and Smith and Wesson. Favorite track: Comeback Loading.
