ES A superlative composition. Meditative. Brooding. Contemplating a collapse, the passing of a singularly. Evoking parchments of dead earth writ large in the hand of the Anthropocene.

charlieleb The paradox of his work - visceral and at the same time rarefied. This is no exception. Anoxic though? I breathe it in!

Bartzord Beautiful meditative and otherworldly music. I've never heard anything else quite like this - and the hammered dulcimer plays a good part in this.
    Giles thumbnail
Giles Wondrous follow up to the first, an album I love more each time I listen. The dulcimer makes this feel more open and airy, and the synths are more prominent and exploratory. Slow, beautiful, deeply emotional. And the epic finale shows the enormous amount this group still has to explore...a minimalist/transcendent journey beyond. Exceptional!

TeeDubyaBee Who'd a thunk these tracks could be performed live? Magical stuff, takes me back to my first listen of Some Best Friend... when graduating in 2000. Dictionary definition of a musical polymath. Favorite track: Lysine (Peel Session).

Travis Films like SIRĀT don’t come around often. Most rave scenes feel fake or pick the wrong music, but this one gets it right. The non-actor cast clearly live for parties.

Kangding Ray’s score blends freetekno, hardcore, acid, minimal and industrial techno. Highlights include Katharsis, the title track SIRĀT and En La Noche.

One of the strongest film and soundtrack pairings in years. Favorite track: Katharsis.
    DivineLightControl thumbnail
DivineLightControl Just come back from the cinema of this gripping story. In 75 I was on the same route to cross Sahara. At the time with similar tensions between Polisario and the government with roadblocks, police and military everywhere. On top: a 3-day sandstorm with temperatures around 50 degrs. During the movie I got the feeling of going back there. Go and see this movie !!! Favorite track: Katharsis.

Loved the film and came here too , vibes don't lies :) Favorite track: Amber Decay ( Sirāt remix ).
