Err0r_404 It has the information as a picture of a cloudy day, so calm to be part of my daily life, but I do not get tired of it, as cloudy day. Favorite track: Galaxy In Silence.

ABear GREAT ALBUM! Bought it immediately on here after seeing them live; got into them opening for Peaches in SF...
    Lute FP thumbnail
Lute FP This album is fantastic. Driving rhythms, tasteful synths, and haunting vocals with attitude.

Another reviewer called this modern trip-hop, but it ain’t that. This is definitely more in the vein of darkwave, electronic, and/or post-punk. Maybe even veering into industrial, for that matter. It reminds me of pre-breakup Munuit Machine and contemporary Donzii, two of the best synth-driven bands I have ever come across.

This album is amazing, if the flavor is up your alley.
    DSDREAMING thumbnail

zhangtastic Making art from around them to give us something truly whimsical and meditative. Favorite track: The Rust Belt.
    Levrikon thumbnail
Levrikon My favorite albums of 2025, #8.
Matmos' greatest talent, and I mean this totally sincerely, is that thy can come up with concepts that sound like cheesy kitsch and spin them out into arresting, jaw-dropping albums. In the hands of any other artist, "record made only with household metal" would be dumb as hell, but these absolutely incredible soundscapes leave me stupefied. Favorite track: Metallic Life Review.
    Lord Dubious thumbnail
Lord Dubious A meditative offering from the icons. They smelt those metals into emotions! Favorite track: Changing States.
