Warpfan Think of this like the long-lost companion to the Hi Scores EP by Boards of Canada. Resting Moment has a soothing Vaporwave tape wobble, and Pentatonic Advertising reminds me of BoC’s Telephasic Workshop, but with the Cisco hold music rhythm sped up. It’s all a lovely slice of melancholy nostalgia. Favorite track: Pentatonic Advertising.

Jared Matt Murie All of the tracks are great but Downward and Pentatonic Advertising more so. Owner of Cassette Tape 1 of 20 from Run 1. Favorite track: Pentatonic Advertising.

Plainly John I made this EP so I’m a bit biased but my personal picks are Downward & Slow Walk

    Favorite track: Downward.

ezterry A fun bit of mostly ambient music, while I enjoy all of it, the Change of mood tempo of "Pentatonic Advertising" is probably my favorite part. Favorite track: Pentatonic Advertising.

LindaPV This is the side project of a very talented YouTube creator of Plainly Difficult. It's chill, moody, ambient and very well produced. It's a pleasure to listen to and I look forward to John making more! Favorite track: My Name Is John.

63navyguy Really great vocals. I love adult contemporary rock but mostly the vocals leave me unexcited. Not this one. The whole album. Favorite track: Through With Love.

mediocreeverything This has genuinely become one of my favourite albums ever. I cannot fault it! Vocals are amazing, drums fantastic. Absolutely everything about it is great. My favourites are ‘If’ ‘Fuck you, Happy Valentine’s day’ and ‘Second time around’, but there are NO skips on this record, which i find is rare. The tracks flow well into each other, which is important imo. wish I could have a CD; i’d love to play this in the car and force everyone i know to listen to it. Favorite track: If.

val_:) Great drums, simple but effective guitars, really interesting voices for such a genre. Just a fun, interesting, heavy-ish album. I love that as a combo! Favorite track: Handy Being Handsome.

Dominique Cyprès The first time I heard the solemn opening bars of "Procession," I knew Childqueen was unlike any music I'd heard before. Kadhja Bonet infuses beautiful, slow funk and soul sounds with an almost druidic, Enya-like sense of mystery, with lyrical themes that range from gestures toward unspoken interpersonal truths to the ancient secrets of the forest. For me the stand-out track is "Delphine," an aching, scintillating ballad that I would currently rank as my favorite love song ever. Favorite track: Delphine.
    Emil Sayfullin thumbnail
Emil Sayfullin This extraordinary, extraterrestrial album stands beyond any attempt to give a clear description. It’s far beyond…

Just let Kadhja Bonet haunt your heart. Let it be. Favorite track: Mother Maybe.
    Jberbicus98 thumbnail
Jberbicus98 To summarize this amazing album. It's the sound so cosmic and ever-sweeping, it's like your looking through the visor of an astronaut and seeing the cosmos sonically. I really wished I had heard this in 2018, because this album really blew my mind.
If there were an artist to make an amazing soundtrack to a Sci Fi Epic, Kadhja Bonet would be the person for it. Favorite track: Delphine.
