Dome Argus 🍉 I just listened to it, and it has quickly become one of my favorite Dark Ambient albums. It's amazing. It has everything: dark and cold corners in an abandoned ship, mechanical noises, lost transmissions, wet rain, cold wind... the dark calm before an alien's attack. I love it so much 🖤

Ryan Johanson I love almost all of the longform pieces State Azure has, but tbh I wish this one had another version without the spoken-word clips. They feel intrusive to me.

@KillTheBuddha I consider this one of my favorite long form State Azure tracks. For me the spoken word clips contribute to Hadley's Hope's atmosphere as a whole. I love this track from beginning to end. I love to put it on repeat at night as a companion to sleep and dreams.

Sightless_Wisdom Be prepared to either die or go to jail because you will piss off your neighbors so much with how loud and powerful this music is that you will either fight to the death or kill your opponent and rot for the remainder of your days in prison. So basically the music will achieve its goal of laying waste to everyone and everything that hears it. Favorite track: Invoke War (feat. Machine Head).

positronicping Frozen Soul move ever closer to the Platonic ideal of death metal on this album. It's all timeless stuff, teeming with infectious riffs and pulverising grooves, as well as some appropriately icy atmospherics here and there. It might be meat and potatoes, but it's cooked by Michelin star chefs. Favorite track: Ethereal Dreams.

Kelvin (Navajo/Diné) Imagine if the Star Wars alien band in the Tatooine bar played crushing atmospheric death doom. Favorite track: Phlegraean Fields.

Dan Curhan Filthy AND progressive?? You've got my attention. This album has some of the most thoughtful and mature songwriting I've heard in a long time - excellent attention to detail, and a satisfying arc. Very, very good.

Chimplord I LOVED Barishi and was crushed when they broke up. I was beyond stoked when I found out about this project.
This is amazing start to finish.
