    by Robohands
    supported by
    Tom Colquhoun thumbnail
Tom Colquhoun Laconic and sun-spackled jazz that follows a chiaroscuric vein from beam to slatted beam, this album draws you in with light and twinkly textures until, in Sumimasen, the coiling beast at its heart unwinds and engulfs you. The final two tracks return to the blissed-out Sunday haze of before, to see us out on a wistful note. A focused and understated little treasure in all. Favorite track: Sumimasen.
    Mark Burlingame thumbnail
Mark Burlingame The texture of this record is fabulous. Find your favorite chair, sit back, and enjoy the ride.
    Jason Boardman thumbnail
Jason Boardman Solid set from Robohands, getting deeper into the more spiritual side of Jazz, however my favourite track is Introjection a short but sweet nod to Manchester great Sir Vincent of Reilly. Favorite track: Introjection.

    woe_bonnet thumbnail
woe_bonnet The stars are out! Grab your smoothskin beavertail wetsuit and hop into the passenger side of Sven Wunder's passing inflatable Fiat 850 Spider for a long, languid evening drive on the Jadranksa Magistrala... you'll be glad you came! Favorite track: Snowdrops.
    Alan Ranta thumbnail
Alan Ranta Recalling the swanky vibes of Sven Libaek or Lalo Schifrin with their orchestras, this album drifts in and swaddles the listener like a warm blanket.
    Nemetron thumbnail
Nemetron Luscious everything! This is joy to my ears, thanks Sven. I'm off to buy the back catalogue. Favorite track: Take A Break.

Mohan Thomas just gorgeous music with such lush instrumentation. The music is always going somewhere, and I really appreciate composers who can do that so naturally and consistently

  5. Expanding to One
    by Phi-Psonics
    supported by
    Peter Amby thumbnail
Peter Amby This album is a beautiful story and journey from start to finish with a dramatic ending. I love it and have listened to it over 100 times. Never get tired of it. It is a healing album for your body and mind and it has helped me through difficult and challenging periods of my life. Thank you!
    StrangeFlow thumbnail
StrangeFlow Man this is just beautiful - sounds of the universe reminds me of early Matthew Halsall compositions and it's hard to pick a favourite. Phi-Psonics make their unique smooth, lively and flowing journey through the realms of sound - earthy and organic. A pleasure for my ears. Thanks guys! Favorite track: Sounds Of The Universe.
    UniqueUserName thumbnail
UniqueUserName Ford-Young will blush and demur at this, but he might mess around and find himself in or near Dave Holland-tier compositional territory before all is said and done. And, geez, I cannot get enough of Yoshida on the Wurlitzer / Rhodes. Phi-Psonics, only three albums in, all killer, is on a helluva run. Thanks for this music, to all involved.
    Matt Hall thumbnail
Matt Hall Another fabulous album of dreamy music! Love it.
