brantly
Incorporating influences from Brandon Butler's insanely undervalued post-Boys Life band, Canyon, with some math-rock Tom Petty, which a comparison I've never used before, but it's a really cool amalgamation of several separate genres. It is less of an extension of where Boy's Life left off back in '96, & more a new direction, it is still imbued with a specific BL sound, even if it's a cry from 'Lister' era BL, it's still rad. and stoically lonely; like last call bells & East Coast lighthouses.
Favorite track: Always.
