Adam Balest A dreamy, nostalgic yet fresh return—Sugar Plant’s magic washes over you instantly. A melodic line reminiscent of earlier work (Happy) pulls you in, then the classic sugar plant groove settles and you know you’re in for something special. Chinatsu’s voice unfolds like velvet origami, creating a perfect tapestry in your mind’s eye, while Shin’Ichi’s comforting guitar tone washes the listener in sonic luxury. As the final track begins, I hear “pale blue light is my friend”—those who know, know. Favorite track: sunrise.

Bill Delaney Incredibly immersive experience from Sean. one of the more bizarrely arresting works of art I've encountered in years. Favorite track: Sailboat.

NSR It sounds exciting and new to me - the sound design / sound quality is incredible. I feel like I am listening to the talking interlude parts in a strange computer game more than anything else with the stilted voices. Overall it is utterly brilliant and I have listened to it a few times whilst driving and will again tonight.. really good.
