heard one of the tracks on this album on Jazz FM. it took me to whole different place and wanted to hear the full album. Now I can't wait to get my hands on a Physical copy.
Folky, spiritual. Transcendence!

Great record which arrived on Friday, release day. Instead of copying the cd, I thought I’d try sending you the download which I get free with the CD. It’s just wonderful music. Recorded I think in North Uist and produced by Laura Jurd, a brilliant trumpeter in her own right. Great FT together today.

I reviewed this album for Fatea Magazine, and nominated it for Album of the Year. Beautifully sung, beautifully played, beautifully produced, with echoes of Dick Gaughan and Christy Moore, but from one of the finest folk artists of his day with unique messages, delivered with warmth and a real passion for the environment in which we all live.
Favorite track: The Curlews cry.

This is a wonderful collection of songs that re awaken a calling to protect our wild birds and save our beleaguered fragile environment.
Brilliant music attuned to the needs to save our natural habitats.
