Hayduke X Endlessly dark and yet subtly catchy, this might be some of the bleakest pop music you ever hear. (yes, that's meant to be somewhat tongue in cheek, as the compositions are too complex to actually be pop music). Favorite track: Mirror.

LittleSeasonist I skimmed through the first 3 songs & knew in 10 seconds this was a 💎. I'm surprised this is an American artist. I expected French or Italian, but by no means do I complain. The tags do this record no justice. Doom encapsulates the aura of the whole recording. There are plenty of derivative seasonings to call this cold/darkwave post-punk, yada yada.
Enough of my ranting, this record is a goddamned masterpiece. This is worth way more than NYP, but I'm a starving fan & am forever grateful Favorite track: Adore.

hrdollness Clann An Drumma's Bloodline album is gorgeous--rich and powerful, with fierce and genuine heart. Another essential daily listen for me. Favorite track: Thunder In The Glens.
