default Interesting soundscapes. I would pay good money for a full album
    Lanna E thumbnail
Lanna E The chants at the beginning is what lures one to a false sense of calm, until that cello hits and chill inducing goosebumps form on skin. Then it builds with great energy. The track keeps you locked in guessing what next will you hear. It's dark and it's light all at the same time. Great job for a debut single!
    Cloud Climber thumbnail
Cloud Climber A long anticipated project for many, Antiqva is an epic meld of brooding atmosphere, darkness and collaboration from highly regarded musicians...

A beautifully dark and melodic first taste of what is to come, this is one project to follow, as well as each members respective bands/projects.

bmurator French Symphonic / Melodic Death Metal. This is unbelievably good & demands to be listened to & bought! Otherwise the Gorgon will turn you to stone... :) The riffs & the Eastern melodies add some exotic moments as well. Any fans of Brymir & Ex Deo & Septicflesh should love this! Highly recommended!!! Favorite track: Of Divinity and Flesh.

J K A m c 8216 i love this album because its a fusion of middle eastern elements and heavy metal. very interesting and well executed. not a band ive heard of but this album is complex but good to listen to
    FallenAngel thumbnail
FallenAngel Thank you Arrogant Bastard for pointing me to this album. I started my yourney into non-mainstream metal with Dimmu Borgir and Fleshgod Alpocalypse. How nice this lands somewhere in there and that I came full circle. Only to travel on.

sashavonkarl74 I am taking a risk to pre-order this one with no pre-released tracks, but if it is like Cosmic Warfare or better, it is a very little risk :)

Edit: whoa!! it’s quite different actually from their previous albums so it is a surprise but it’s a great one!! Death metal growls and symphonic extreme metal go well together!! Favorite track: The Void.
    Rik Powdrill thumbnail
Rik Powdrill Their best to date, i'm loving the darker sound, the epic drumming and excellent production. Favorite track: Timeless Despair.
    shalrathq thumbnail
shalrathq My favourite record from you guys so far. Love the darker, heavier sound this time around. It doesn't even sound like the same band anymore. More of this, please and thank you. Favorite track: Unattained Creation.

    coda thumbnail
coda In my mind one of, if not the greatest tech-death albums ever made. Not only are the riffs addictively brutal and technical, they throw a curveball by incorporating classical and orchestral melodies and phrases. Extremely hard to pick a favourite, I could listen to any one of them all day. Super excited to see these guys in April. Favorite track: A.U.M..
    thekurtaction thumbnail
thekurtaction Alien and superhuman are adjectives that come to mind. Maybe the clearest distillation of what makes Tech Death such an exciting genre. And yes, they can play this live! Favorite track: Drone Corpse Aviator.

    Obsidian One thumbnail
Obsidian One This blew me away when I first discovered it. The fusion of intensity and symphonic elements created a style of death metal I'd never heard before — and one that still feels unmatched. The album is packed with thrills, with not a single weak track. Their follow-up, Labyrinth, is just as emotive and powerful. Fleshgod Apocalypse was my favorite and most-played extreme metal band for a time, and I'll always appreciate these two albums for bringing such a striking and captivating sound. 10/10.
    Nocturnal Egg (Jordan) thumbnail
J'y suis... Favorite track: The Violation.

cory_m 10/10: WOW!! About as perfect of a power /speed metal album as you can get. Not a bad song or even just good song on the album: all the songs are excellent! Required listening for those who love the genre! Favorite track: Undying.
    metalheadrr3 thumbnail
metalheadrr3 Saw them live with Unleash the Archers - great band. Favorite track is actually Undying; wouldn't let me select it. Favorite track: Neverending.
