Lute FP In sum, a kitchen sink of modern doom, rock, metal, and punk. In specific, Ms Barbarian’s vocals come across variously as Janis Joplin, Grace Slick, and Farida Lemouchi. Some of the finest, most soulful, and most powerful female vocals in heavy music.

The music is killer, too. It feels inspired.

hanchogrande Such early Tupperware, yet you can see the framework they were growing into still Favorite track: Computer Wife.

whimsy_floof I love The Device Part 1 and Part 2 because it hits two of my deepest nostalgia buttons.
The listening to these two tracks in particular, parts of it make me think of Doom 2, which I played for a lot of my childhood. Parts of it make me think of classic Starcraft, which I played with my friends in high school. And parts of it sound like a beautiful marriage of those two sounds, and it just makes me happy. Favorite track: The Device Pt 1.

LittleSeasonist Jumpy & energetic Synthrock, with a touch of metal. Irresistible Favorite track: Interstellar Strut.

X Wild Alaskan Salmonella X The punk scene needs more of this. There are obvious comparisons to be had with Nausea and Sacrilege, but Flower stands on their own (and alone, currently) with this caustic, crusty, meaningful punk. Buy the LP/shirt bundle - it's a good price and you're supporting a good scene. Favorite track: American Alms.
