Delphinium Arbus Headjack is a fantastic album. Each song is fantastic, instrumentally and lyrically. I have particular fondness for Noise (Memory Pool) and Easy As, but ultimately I think my favorite song is Funeral, which is musically excellent, and also has probably my favorite lyric in the album in the form of "To live is rebellion from the virtue of reason", which resonated with me even more than I might have expected. Gary Figueroa The album is quite enjoyable. No pretense, wonderful musicality, and excellent production values. I chose Spiny Spider because it reminds of this nuisance that occurs annually in the Hawaiian Islands especially because the spider is quite aggressive. Itchy bites! Regardless, I'm quite pleased with this discovery by camiidae. For the inner child in many of us who remain fascinated by the gift of nature and the power of Mother, herself.
