magoski I don’t have the answers to anything
    All I know is
    Nothing
    I can’t reach your expectations—
    they’re skyscrapers.
    And I’m just… here.
    & yeah, I’m high,
but it doesn’t change a thing,
    especially not this truth:
    Right now, in this moment,
the most honest thing I can say is
    maybe there’s more to Us
    than either of us thought.
    But it’s early,
    and we’re scared,
and we name that fear “imperfection.”
    Perfection is presence.
    It’s that trembling sweetness
    we’re afraid to touch
    in case it breaks.

lac63 I love the freshness of this very passionate album, and it brings back childhood memories for some reason. From the first click, it's in constant motion.
    Great, Thomas!

enoodle I love languid sounds like that on 5AM. Split track Laszlo/Misanthropic really ties it all together though. It dances on the edge of instability, with currents of rippling distortion underneath building torwards the album's lone drum break, only to wash away once again in a lush lowpass of trickling pads Favorite track: 5AM Alarm.

claudeb101 It was hard to choose my favorite track and I like that in an album. Favorite track: Message Unclear.

rriotboy wow, such an amazing, heartfelt record. Been on repeat for a few days now. Of all the wonderful work he's put out, this is the one we've been waiting for and didn't even know it. Big shout out to one of the most talented and hard working musician/singer/songwriters the US has to offer 👏 Favorite track: Wasn’t.
    Squee thumbnail
Squee Poetic, gorgeous record and time travel conduit - transported via Fred's cinematic nostalgia as it conjures up the thoughtful listener's own memories. Looking forward to long walks with this record for the rest of my life. Favorite track: Season of Carelessness.

c.s. This is awesome. Somewhat whimsical, dark folk that, imho, has a big early-Projekt vibe, while sometimes the arrangements, especially the strings, are serving me very 90s LPD. I was immediately struck by the way Sam's (I assume) vocals remind me of another Sam's vocals in early Black Tape for a Blue Girl.
