   Dustin Wall What a complete breath of fresh air this is. An original sound and it goes somewhere, every time. Love the unique cello textures and great interplay. Favorite track: Hope Marathon.

   

   dianekupelian Yet another work of genius from Janel Leppin. Each EVA album is stunning in its own way and this one is no exception-beautiful, powerful, packed with ideas and melodic themes, executed by a tight and highly talented ensemble. Leppin's compositions and arrangements are beyond description. There is a wonderful film noire feeling that runs through several of them to my ears, and her cello burns throughout the entire album. This album is filled with tightly expressed emotion--highly recommended. Favorite track: Susan Was a Warrior.
