nicholas (nick) hamnett There are great musicians in Poland, and, by the by, a lot of coal miners too.So he made me think of Margaret Thatcher - Debich.What always does come to mind when I think of the 1970's is being with my mates enjoying a smoke down at the local gennel. I remember vividly Ob-La-Di-Ob-La-Da playing in my head one night as we enjoyed a pack of 20 there before going apple scomping.This slice of funk genius wasn't heard then; no bandcamp, no internet.Just good smokes and screen-free social life. Alexandre Maybe not what you’d expect from a "self-taught post-punk experimentalist", but incredibly well-crafted. By far one of the best things I've listen in 2025. Tbh I'm a bit awed.
