    Dave Aftandilian thumbnail
Dave Aftandilian Soul-screamed vocals shriek through lush, hypnotic soundscapes of blackgaze / post-rock instrumentals, offering you a suffering-scarred but gentle hand to accompany you along life's painful journey. Or maybe even this ghostly companion only ever existed in your dreams, and there is nothing but the blindingly empty sky and the endless rolling ocean standing between you and the Void.... For all of us hopeless romantics who should know better. Favorite track: Autumn Roads.

the trve Meduson MISERTUS’ second album again really convinced me, yet I’m not sure if I would go as far as saying that it is better than its predecessor. It surely introduced new elements to the mix and changed up some that were previously present, yet it also had some minor flaws. Nevertheless, it still is another quite strong release from this Blackgaze project, and it again deserves a strong rating! 9/10

~ Blessed Altar Zine Favorite track: Inspire.
