  1. Tales Of Ancient Prophecies

bonkmaykr Twilight Force has a very unique feel to their music, with the medieval setting of Rhapsody of Fire, mixed in with powerful strings, trumpets, and violins akin to an action movie, one that feels like something from a fantasy novel. For their first studio album, this sure is probably their best. Favorite track: Twilight Horizon.

Ippocalyptica Was there seriously ever any doubt? Guillaume David proves that lightning really can strike twice, and has added another landmark album to the ever-growing stable of landmark Warhammer 40.000 soundtrack albums, each of which seems to outdo its predecessor in various ways. It will take a lot to displace the Rogue Trader soundtrack from the top of my list, but no matter what, Mechanicus II is a worthy successor to Mechanicus. Praise the Omnissiah in High Gothic, Low Gothic, and Binharic alike!

clsaikyo Groundbreaking thall production. Brain tickling insanity! Favorite track: Arsenic.

plop_top Good lord, colossal as hell. Beats me down with every track. Production is crazy, and adding vocals is something I've always wanted with Mirar. Very awesome. Favorite track: Når Solen Går Ned.
    Nemo thumbnail
Nemo Here's the thing, while Mirar is undoubtedly a Thall band, I don't go into their music expecting a "purely" and "traditional" Thall record. They are so much more than that. If anything, I usually go into their music expecting an electronic album. The way they blend baroque and EDM into their music is unparalleled; no other artist sounds like them. Because of this, they will always have my seal of approval. Favorite track: Arsenic.
