To find yourself in the pit with ED - priceless 😂

Seriously though, does not know life who didn't see them live. Lars couldn't have found a better team to fulfill his vision. Pure immersion and magic.
Lars' unique riffs enhanced by another lead guitar with the third one in the back, weaving an intricate lace of sound. Thunderous bass. The drummer making my jaw drop. The dual growls (Brecht, you should do that more often!). Thanks, guys!

signed, the tall one in a Shylma shirt ;)

John Haupenthal Every Wavves album is an evolution and I'm here for them all. This one is their breeziest yet. The lead guitar riff on Sinking Feeling makes me feel like I'm walking through the saloon doors of a bar in the California desert. Favorite track: Sinking Feeling.

    michaelsee thumbnail
michaelsee Wow what a great album. Take a trip back to Los Angeles, 1969. I grew up with a framed identical pastel version of the album cover photo on my living room wall, which my Mom did back in the 1970s. It was quite a jolt to see this album in a record store when it came out. The cover art stopped me in my tracks and I purchased the record without ever hearing a song. Ten years later i am still grooving to this fantastic album. Even purchased a digital copy.

midnightred No album has stuck with me as much as this has, and it will continue to do so. Supported me through both the highs and lows and I will forever cherish it for that. Favorite track: Midnight Cowboy.
    Joe Madden thumbnail
Joe Madden This record feels like a natural development from their first release, but at the same time a big leap forward. I think the songwriting's better -- definitely more melodic -- and the sound is way lusher, sweeter, and clearer. (Always helps to have Jarvis Taveniere on board.) There's a greater variety of textures, too, including lovely strings on Trust and a more dissonant, mysterious vibe on Hour of the Wolf. Besides those two, Disco and River's Edge are my other favorites.
