newleaf_oldtree Keep On Pushing is love, hope and dancing! It's fun yet real. It's become a true kiwi / Aotearoa classic. And I think maybe, it could only have been made in Aotearoa; it has that deeply grounded vibe that only comes from the magical blending of and respect for cultures not our own. Churr

Philippe Tremblay Feel good and happy funk/reggae/dub grooves from Wellington, NZ that remind me of the time spent there... Favorite track: Coming Back Home.

mingus It's hard to pick a favorite, but Altin Gün's cover of Ordunun Dereleri is a prime example of the band's talent for making a song their own. Favorite track: Ordunun Dereleri  .

  6. Weather Clear, Track Fast

jasonbranscum I've had the Bump cds for a while, but it's been really cool digging into all of the stuff Previte has been posting onto bandcamp lately! It's really fun to hear this combination of musicians in such an open, yet structured environment. Quinella sets the tone for an album that, to me, sounds heavy and serious, but with a joyful tone. I've never heard Don Byron on bari before, so that was especially cool to hear on a couple tracks. My favorite parts on this one are the swingers though! Favorite track: Photo Finish.
