    J. Wright Reviews As a brand new fan (though I've heard the band's name for a decade now), I'm kicking myself for not grabbing this album sooner. Absolutely perfect blend of gorgeous, celestial post-rock and ethereal vocalizations; the lyrics are also very well written and contribute toward making this album a very intellectual and introspective listen. Like reflecting on the important things during a walk in the woods after revitalizing rainfall! Favorite track: Drones.

    SlithyToves thumbnail
SlithyToves In his review Joe Borreson nailed it when he noted that this music is somehow bigger than the sum of its parts… and the parts are good too. As I float through the bright, dreamy realm of the keyboard, I am captured and grounded by the texture of each drumbeat, a relaxed vigilance to detail sets in… I like music that teaches me how to listen
    Joe Borreson thumbnail
Joe Borreson Hypnotic jazzy loops of warm sound, that gently pull you into their joyous bounds and set you to dreaming, or nodding your head along depending on the song structure. Really unique Nordic vibes here and these pieces manage to excel at the sum of their parts far beyond just 'jazzy drums and keys' in every possible way. Favorite track: Over Tage.

    otto_hollis Impressive!

The auditory excursions seamlessly intertwined with a profound sense of the ethereal, akin to a leisurely stroll through a car park or getting completely lost in a forest, it takes you there.

Last thing, I love that it scans as an album, it works as an album, and should be enjoyed as such.

Nice one Matt. :-) Favorite track: Rotating Seasons.
    Damian Smith thumbnail
Damian Smith I'm loving this soooo much, the title track is mesmerizing - listening on a Linn with speakers behind my head in the office and the deep creamy bass line and central melody keeps putting me in a trance - another superb album from the brilliant CiS label

    Tom McKennon thumbnail
Tom McKennon Australia's musicians are ever increasingly compelling. I never would have guessed there would be a year where most bands I would be listening to would be from Australia. That's definitely happening this year. Favorite track: Lost Then Found.
    ihatemyusername thumbnail
ihatemyusername This album feels upbeat to me! I especially love "Hit the Road" and "Modern Dreams" Favorite track: Hit The Road.
