    simiche Just such a great early Hardcore Punk album, literally has aged unbelievably well as most of the songs are more true today as when it was first released. Favorite track: No.

    @NomadRoamsFree thumbnail
    @NomadRoamsFree In 1993 I was 11 years old, I remember the neighbor kid who was a good 6 or 7 years older than me made me a mix tape of his favorite punk songs, and they were all Sub Hum Ans. I fell in love with punk that day. Thanks. Favorite track: Mickey Mouse is Dead.

    t0rqreturn2019 Knew surprisingly little of them when I was wee scenster in the 80s, but glad I'm discovering their back catalogue. They helped make the genre an art form.
    mr sterile thumbnail
    mr sterile An extremely mature and finely developed album. It was the Subhumans album for me that presented a very specific progression away from the punk-by-numbers, was this where punk was growing into something with ongoing meaning and vitality???....nah, we simply got Green Day et al instead.

    This is an album of solid compositions, articulate and personal/political lyrics delivered beyond the soapbox delivered with splendid production value. Lovely stuff! Favorite track: Carry On Laughing.

    szczur I'm young, so there is no sentimental value to these I hold. But hey, it's Subhumans with their classic songs. The very golden age of punk rock on display for you (and me) to consume and enjoy. Favorite track: Who's Gonna Fight in the Third World War?.

    ivoiiovi thumbnail
    ivoiiovi fuck. seriously. this is good. I missed them at Subterranean Dissonance, listened to 'Bodhidharma' due to hype and thought it was pretty meh. I'm sure I did listen to this full album but obviously wasn't reaallly listening.
    Then I caught them play the album at Roadburn last week, right up front, and just fuck. I loved every second. then their secret set. I had to buy all their stuff as I know this will be played a lot. I'm so glad for bands that can really rewrite the borders of genre like this.
