craig watkins One of my all time favourite albums, a masterpiece of creativity and emotion. The additional material is stunning. Wish there were more releases of the live performances from that era

yeetson Bite Down has been my newest obsession as of recent, I cannot get it off repeat. It feels so effortless in sound without losing any of its depth, especially not so in the lyrical department. Simple, catchy, and impactful, it's a real treat. Awesome stuff. Favorite track: Off Rez.

silverashtree i'm going to sound so old when i say this but this album ROCKS Favorite track: Wrong Planet.
    fosteresq thumbnail
fosteresq Wow, this album ROCKS. Ribbon Skirt works in a lot of details (guitar riffs, backup vocals, synthy sounds) that give their music depth. Also, powerful lyrics. Favorite track: Deadhorse.

mbx220 A great callback to the Cocteau era of 'gazepop, a mix of taking Treasure by them and inserting some Slowdive. It's a fantastic, dreamy album. Not a bad track on it, not too long or too short, growing on me more and more and up my list of faves from '26.

Alfie is on repeat. Song just whisps me away. Favorite track: Alfie.
    Pierre Megevand thumbnail
Pierre Megevand The first three tracks work really well together! "Shoegaze - how to do it" Favorite track: Smile.
    iskeptici thumbnail
iskeptici Immaculate production that somehow manages to feel warm and personal while floating towards the sky with dreamy and ethereal melodies. Absolutely amazing work and one that feels like it will undoubtedly improve with future spins Favorite track: Smile.

Love this album, vocals need more presence but doesn't take away from a remarkable album.

H.L. Every year I need new, soft compromise music for the road trips with my wife. As a metal fan, it's important to me that the songs have heart, are authentic, and don't get boring after the 2nd listen. This year, SWIM SCHOOL's lively, hand-made and catchy indie rock accompanied us even two times on the road. "Bored" and "Seeing it now" entered our England playlist earlier this year, while "Heaven" and "On & On" belong to our Crete soundtrack. Favorite track: On & On.
