    complexcharacter thumbnail
complexcharacter Sweet, sensual, dreamy. What can I say? Yota never fails to deliver that etheral feeling of nostalgia through her virtuoso voice. From the powerful and poppy to the fragile and melancholic in a heartbeat. Not a single filler track; all gold from start to finish! Favorite track: Deep Red Sea.

complexcharacter The album that introduced me to Yota, and I am so glad I found her! A superb mix of the playful and the sad; the uplifting and the melancholic. I am a grown man who have experienced plenty of sorrow in my life, but Images never fail to bring tears to my eyes along with that well-known little emotional twist to the heart; the kind that you get from deep feelings for someone or something. Synthwave perfected! Favorite track: Images.
    meowren thumbnail
meowren Gorgeous album that I can't help but keep on coming back to. Favorite track: That Song.
    Gyakuten thumbnail
Gyakuten Amidst the infectious hooks and bouncy rhythms, there's a warmth and intimacy that emerges from the depths and grows with each passing song. It feels like meeting someone at a club, having fun together, and slowly sinking into each other as they move from a partner to dance with to a partner offering their shoulder to lean on. "Don't wanna dance with nobody... because... I feel for you" sums it all up at the peak of "Matters of the Heart". Favorite track: Matters of the Heart.

Paolo Barrella These producers know exactly how to craft songs with a sound that resonates with synthwave fans. The rhythms, the sounds, and the vocal melodies are tightly designed to hook the listener from the very first moments. An immediately engaging album — now let’s see how it ages over the coming weeks. Favorite track: At Night.

scandyum I hate that I can't talk about how good this album is. Imagine Lonesome Wyatt singing "Blood Countress". It would be weird and creepy.

Since I'm limited to say in what I want to say here.
Sad Witch has amazing vocals and deserves some kind of credit as a person. It's your typical Lonesome Wyatt style album with a female perspective. If you like to digest themes in music, this is a good album for you.

I'm grateful for this risk of an album in ways Bandcamp won't let me say. Favorite track: Pilgrim State Hospital.
    King Zonkey Jong thumbnail
King Zonkey Jong I find it very rare to find an album with songs that are all great. Sad Witch Cult is one of those albums.

If you can find beauty in horror and romance in the macabre, these songs are what you're looking for. The Sad Witch's voice is absolutely enchanting and the music has generated in me an anemoia like no other.

I've been listening to Wyatt's music for over a decade and though I say this each time he releases a new album, this genuinely might be one of his best. Favorite track: Tired Of Being A Good Girl.

    Nickie Harte Kelly thumbnail
Nickie Harte Kelly Original motion picture soundtrack for this utterly dark and captivating film. Thick, washy, reverb-y heavy electric guitar, some punk-ish garage, and lute combine to give just the right sense of depths of time and long, complex relationships. Toss in some Middle Eastern vibes and you’ve got a potent mix Favorite track: Sola Gratia (Pt. 1).
    Dæmon_Ping thumbnail
Dæmon_Ping A moving soundscape of nights filled with blood Favorite track: The Taste Of Blood.

    yoverx thumbnail
yoverx This album is where I go in my mind. The rusted remnants of a town on the coast of a vast inland sea. My trip from the outer unlit edge to the inner bank. Don’t Wait for Me is what plays as I come to the shore beset in storm and stumble into my small shelter at the forest’s edge. It is the sound of my perseveration finally breaking and giving way to a bedraggled listlessness. And Val is the sound that comes as the storm passes, as I find clarity and start the trip back into town. Heavy recommend Favorite track: Don't Wait for Me.
    Jacqueline Jones thumbnail
Jacqueline Jones A mysterious and vague sci-fi story told through 10 awesome tracks that display gleaming triumph and an ominous darkness that cannot be beat. The short film really helps the album shine even more after watching. Favorite track: The Cross.
