    bbourgon thumbnail
bbourgon OM f'n G, this album is soooo impactful. I don't know how it flew under my radar for so long. This music is like nothing I've ever heard before. These musicians are creating art that feeds the mind and pummels the soul. The power in this music cannot be overstated.

garuda727 This might be the best extreme metal album ever recorded. It is an absolute beast and the band accomplishes an entire career's worth of black AND death metal. A must-have for fans of brutal and heavy music. Favorite track: Lashed to the Grinder and Stoned to Death.

    Desmotes thumbnail
    Desmotes Familiar yet refreshing.
Perfect for ruining or brightening your day, probably depends on the amount of beer left in the fridge. Favorite track: Dark Paradise.
    Rodolfo Martins thumbnail
Rodolfo Martins FUCKING BLACK METAL PUNK!
    DOPEEE! Favorite track: Dark Paradise.
    Unhallowed Remains thumbnail
Unhallowed Remains DIY Blackened Punk is a burgeoning scene with bands like Final Dose at its nadir producing music that wouldnt be out of place at the most grim of black metal festivals. Immediately hateful and dense, this is the sort of music that appeals to the minority who look past commercialism to the heart of intention, and its excellent to headbang to! Favorite track: Weathered Axe.

Jesus Popcornius ~ Revelations of the Red Skin ~
I'll never forget walking alone midsummer, under the scorching sun of Crete, listening to this album.. While it was give or take the 10th time I listened to it, years since the 1st, ironically enough it was then when I truly got it! The best Icelandic black metal album (having great competitors) and possibly one of the best black metal albums in the world.. Favorite track: Psychoactive Sacraments.
    David Fischer thumbnail
David Fischer Svartidauði, the Icelandic legends, to me are one of the entire black metal scene's very pillars and ambassador of a chaotic, swirling and utterly intimidating style. Flesh Cathedral is a triumphant release, even more so considering it's their debut full-length. I even prefer it to Revelations of the Red Sword, which I heard first. These four tracks full of abrasive, highly recognisable vocals and nightmarish guitar riffs are uncomfortable and yet as spellbinding as aurora borealis. Magnificent. Favorite track: Flesh Cathedral.

Zao0 Un chef-d'oeuvre! Du black metal à son meilleur.

    iwillstrangleyou thumbnail
iwillstrangleyou Killing on Adrenaline is one of dying fetus’s greatest demonstrations of raw power and aggression through music. The grooves on this album are some of the best from any band ive heard out there, Truly an unique specimen of grinding brutal death, it matches up evenly against destroy the opposition
    memebigboi526 thumbnail
memebigboi526 dying little human being (this album’s better than destroy the opposition, i said it) Favorite track: Fornication Terrorists.
    TomaszPL95 thumbnail
TomaszPL95 It's a great album - raw, vicious and unapologetic. The only downside is the sound quality, especially the mixing of the drums. Most of the time the drums play consistently as part of the band's wall of sound, but occasionally a single drum piece (snare?) will come forward for no reason and that makes it feel like it's played randomly. Spoiler: it's not. A slightly better mixing could've prevented that. Still, it's one of Dying Fetus' best efforts, definitely worthy of being checked out. Favorite track: Procreate The Malformed.
    Torquemada III thumbnail
Torquemada III >The Lows on this album make my room shake. Favorite track: We Are Your Enemy.

    sashavonkarl74 thumbnail
sashavonkarl74 Another Teutonic gem I just discovered, "Totenwache" (is it a dead guard?) is a black metal outfit hailing from Hamburg. This album is a fine and well-crafted mix of the right amount of melodies and roughness, distilled to perfection. At first they may sound almost generic, but after a few listens all the technical prowess and multi-layered complexity surfaces to delight us. Highly recommended! Favorite track: Gloria Antichristi.
    Just One Left thumbnail
Just One Left Thank you very much for your great music. I treasure this great CD forever. Favorite track: Todbringer.
