mic the way they come in hot on Lean with "he is eating MY HANDSSSS.....locking me in, spitting them out, f*cking with me" gets stuck in my head many times a week. This is my comfort album. I am so grateful for its presence in my life. Favorite track: Lean.

Jan-Dirk Platek I simply love this album. Martyn Heyne has his own style in playing guitar. Tones become walls, harmonies become clouds. Listening to this album means: You are loosing gravity. This album is a masterpiece! Favorite track: Curium.

nathanswagmaster An outstanding album! Very unique, and very personal. There's a lot of heart in this one, plus it's got my girl Sampa on it :) Favorite track: Island Rose feat Sampa the Great.
    Phillyphill thumbnail
Phillyphill Jonti, what can I say. I can listen to the whole album straight through. Not many albums I can do that with. Keep it up.
    NORFORDSSON thumbnail
NORFORDSSON An album that grows on you. Every time I listen to it, I appreciate it more! Jonti really sounds like a free artist. Wonderful.

Because of the growing-thingy: I think it will sell better if there’s more free listens (although some people who would have bought on impulse might not come through then)

PS: To all you buyers & listeners: Don't forget to turn it up loud enough! Favorite track: Alien.
    averageastronaut thumbnail
averageastronaut this song speaks to me on levels i have trouble comprehending. along with the visuals provided by the music video, it makes me sit back and reflect on my own life. giving the sense that i should follow my own dreams and whatever else makes me happy before it all ends. Favorite track: Zuki.

    JB thumbnail
JB Jordan was a very recent discovery for me, and I sure didn't knew I was searching for this kind of mixed genres in my life, but it works like a charm. Jordan's voice is so fitting for these absolutely inspired base lines and catchy rhythms, every track is engaging and entertaining through and through, perfectly harmonizing his voice between the instruments. Easy to listen but never boring, which is a really hard spot to achieve and probably the highest compliment that I can think off the bat. Favorite track: Carnation.
    remy thumbnail
remy A magnificent second release from Jordan Rakei. Bridges the gap between the wandering melodies and lyrics of Cloak with the concise and radiant production and rhythms of Origin quite nicely.
    Kafka963 thumbnail
Kafka963 Un album incontournable!. En écoutant Nerve, on aurait tous le goût de serrer Jordan dans nos bras. Avec mon plus grand respect. Favorite track: Nerve.

    fraengii thumbnail
fraengii It was an accidental meeting with 'Two Thousand and Seventeen' as the first peace of a Deezer Chill Beat playlist. This peace catched me right away so I have to look for (after?) the album and for you and your music.
Than happily I found you on bandcamp and purchased 'New Energy'.
Thank you vor this music, for those sounds.
    Regards!

    Matthew Stephen thumbnail
Matthew Stephen it's a spiritual, soulful, and sentimental vibe this round.

We have classic FOUR TET mixed with waves of what becomes.
