I love this band and have from the first EP and it’s awesome to hear their growth with each new LP.
This is an outstanding LP, absolutely flawless in all aspects.
Favorite track: Beholder II: Labyrinth.

VIV Wow. I knew Howling Giant was good, but they're reaching new heights with this one.

I keep looking for more bands that capture a similar intricately balanced proggy stoner metal / psych rock sound and it's nobody.

They're in a league of their own.

Last time a stoner album moved me that much was a long while ago.
I'm definitely getting used to HG's proefficiency and quality in their music as a whole. It's very well recorded, easy going and inspired as should be. No brainer, clickbait ultra, this is a massive success in my opinion. I'll get a colored lp whenever possible, hands down one of the greatest bands around as of late ☼ Favorite track: Archon.

drawreadhear an invigorating sonic trip that takes a path other than the now tired ambient modes of dark droned synthy manipulation of guitar or other weary monotony. riding along at a pace with beats n bops of rhythm that threaten to go wrong but that recover in creative ways. electronic tropes will not be found here. each track brings something fresh yet holds together as an album whole.

dbssll Parallel Worlds is an original and distinctive voice in a sea of samey electronic music. Off kilter quirky rhythms alternate with slightly uneasy ambience. The melodic fragments always arrive from an unexpected angle and catch your ear as they float by. Give it a go.

yasutaka sato Music that makes you feel like you've wandered into a trompe l'oeil world. The combination of bright tones and dark bass and pads creates a unique world feel. Favorite track: Acceleration.
