    Just Dead Stuff thumbnail
Just Dead Stuff Like an art rock Kaatayra, beautiful and lush. Favorite track: Xe Anama (Coração no Ritmo da Terra).
    boinky37 thumbnail
boinky37 I love what’s going on here. The compositions are pleasantly dense and textured and this also has served as an introduction to Ailton Krenak’s writings. The cover art also feels very cathartic Favorite track: Ayaba Oxum.
    j_ooparts thumbnail
j_ooparts This album is sublime. I can't stop listening to it. The propulsive rhythms guide you through the layered hypnotic maximalism. Thank you for making this. Favorite track: Oyá Dewo.

    nluken thumbnail
nluken I could go on and on about this one, and I have to many of my friends. Wonderful songwriting. Interesting textures. The dynamic range really pulls everything together, and the record shows such a great understanding of how to shift smoothly between ideas, both gradually and all at once.

It's all so goddamn pretty. Favorite track: You Are.
    keatsu thumbnail
keatsu I cannot stop listening to this album. On repeat since the release. The production, texture, songwriting - top notch. I love the idea of the drums not being too present, yet so necessary here and there. The same goes for clarinets. I discover new things every time. It's my favorite album ever. I love the direction Jonson is heading towards and can't wait for more. This is noise I want to hear. Favorite track: I Punched Through The Wall.
    Prinzbach thumbnail

kylehert An exceptional album that feels simultaneously like a homecoming and a send off.

Strong riffs, impressive arrangements, and great vocal performances throughout which lean into the wistfulness of the album in a really excellent way.

While the group is always fantastic, they are at their best with Joe in their original iteration, with a palpable chemistry and energy that is truly unique.

In short, the boys are so back. Favorite track: What’s a Good Life.
