Bart First album of theirs to really click since their excellent '21 album "Mirrors". Still an excellent mix of grindcore, mathcore and hardcore. Favorite track: Heather.
    Axecock thumbnail
Axecock Blossom was just that--a blossoming of their sound. This is the album where they fully own it. Such a pleasure to hear the maturing of the change-ups, pain and punishment that made me a fan in the first place. Good job everyone!
    Darknight thumbnail
Darknight Fleshwork could possibly be my favourite record of 2025,it's heavy and complex and filled with so much technical beauty in the world of extreme metal, Pupil Slicer have created a metal masterpiece🤘 Favorite track: Nomad.

    Vygintas Orlovas thumbnail
Vygintas Orlovas Unintending was the first song I heard and it was such a melancholic and beautiful song, but the drum machine intro, the guitar tones and rhythms got my curious how other songs sounded. So, I listened to the whole EP immediately - and oh my god! I'm so happy I have stumbled upon Rolo Tomassi! In the Echoes of All Dreams has become my favourite release of 2025 and now I'm listening to the other albums, watching live shows and hoping to see them live some day! Favorite track: Unintending.

    palehorse666 thumbnail
palehorse666 haven't been this gripped by pink black metal since Sunbather. this is a crushing cosmic obliteration of the senses. lush guitar passages combined with pained screams filled with regret and guilt. Favorite track: Mourner.
    Glanton thumbnail
Glanton Once again, you guys have outdone yourselves…I’ve been coming back to this daily since it released Favorite track: Pale Asters.
    tomazp thumbnail
tomazp I initially didn't love "The Fragile Silence," despite it having many elements I enjoy in blackened post-hardcore. It grew on me and ended up being one of my favorites from 2024. No need for "Iridescence" to grow on me, the addition of the new full time vocalist adds a welcome bite, and the foundation of glittering blackgaze crescendos remains solid. Excellent album. The best purely post-black album of 2026 I have heard thus far. Favorite track: Som en Glödande Krona.
    gulfcoastfishman thumbnail
gulfcoastfishman Incredible Talented group of musician’s that found each other, which is the hardest part. 🤘 Favorite track: Pale Asters.
