Dan Curhan
A delightfully artful post-rock EP that follows in the vein of Ashenspire's sax-filled psychedelia and theatrical vocals, albeit it in a much more listenable package. It's intricate and nuanced, with big dynamics and sparse vocals. There's tons of saxophone, integrated as a core element of the band's musical identity, and the songs are unpredictable yet organic, flowing through waves of emotion and soundscapes with fluidity. This is fantastic, and well worth your time.
