meguzivert This album rips me apart and puts me back together. It is so raw and visceral and it just makes me FEEL so intensely. What a beautiful piece of art Favorite track: The Place Where He Inserted the Blade.

    wiktora thumbnail
wiktora If one ever wanted proof that one can tell a miraculously story without spelling one word (barring the inscriptions of the songs' name), then this album perhaps is contemporary proof of such. It is the epitome of contemporary music and, yet I feel compelled by the music to say this, an oddly great case-study of how music-theories are still relevant, whilst always being challenged. Favorite track: II.
    pantsjacket thumbnail
pantsjacket An amazing ambient track to help with focus followed up by the one of the best rock pieces of all time. Favorite track: III ("Dearest Decorations").

    Grant Blankenship thumbnail
Grant Blankenship Reminds me of when John Zorn and Mr. Bungle were in kahoots. Super fun.Jump Scare is ridiculously brain sticky.
    TheEliteExtremophile thumbnail
TheEliteExtremophile The sophomore release from this Cincinnatian quartet is a weird, edgy, jumpy, and endlessly-entertaining release. The band channels acts as disparate as Devo, Osees, and Swans.

saltandsandwich I listen to the entire EP at least once a week at most once a day. The amount of happiness that it just automatically reveals that I had no idea was there is insane. I am happy I get to share the happiness this album has brought to me with the world I live in. I am a bear buzz buzz buzz Favorite track: Pinhole Blanket Sun.
    fishiee_ thumbnail
fishiee_ listened while driving to a banquet i was very late for. the sky was a soft earl grey above the saturated verdant roadsides- these melodies amplified its beauty. mint sunlight behind my eyes ^_^
this album is a treat for the senses! honey, rain, homey yellow lights, teacakes, & resilience crossed my mind. the toplines emanate both chaos and breeziness in a way that, rather than clashing, is beautifully interwoven in a way i think reflects life's broken beauty. read "The Thing Is" by Ellen Bass Favorite track: Say the Rest.
    sisyphusgurt thumbnail
sisyphusgurt I cannot describe how much I love this ep omg it makes me so so so so happy Favorite track: Samba do Nosso Céu.
