The Tonearm "[The cello] opens up endless possibilities because it can play so many different roles. I'm sure I haven't explored all of them—I try to explore as much as I can, but there are others exploring it in their own way, and there's no one path."

Gnorts_MrAlien The world simply wasn't ripe for this kind of sincerity. Connie went missing and the music she left became a haunting clue. Favorite track: Talkin' Like You (Two Tall Mountains).
    montysaurus thumbnail

iannnnnn I find the way that the tracks play off of each other very soothing. I love how varied they feel, without becoming unmoored from one another. Favorite track: Sun Dogs.
    The Tonearm thumbnail
The Tonearm "I think maybe we have low attention spans, in a sense, where we just want songs to continually evolve. It's hard for us to make a song that stays in one sonic space for long. We just love movement, evolution, and growth in that. I think it naturally lends itself to that story atmosphere."

    ericsublett thumbnail
ericsublett Green-House at their best so far, so many nuanced details. It’s a wonderful listening experience & one of the most notable ambient-centric albums I’ve heard in a while though there are so many genres seamlessly intertwining here! Favorite track: Farewell, Little Island.

    Hope for a
    better today
    Light breeze

    I still can't help
    but feel
    the forces
    that forged
    this
    morning's
    possibilities
    are
    melncholy
    and regret
    wishful thinking
    wishing you didn't say
    what you said
    last night
    knowing you'll not
    forgive
    or forget
    and that's the regret
    the lack of empathy and
    compassion
    that makes
    this all so possible.
    Because it's here.
    In this morning's
    daybreak
    eyes
    turned away.

Meinert Hansen I wish I could be on a sailboat in the 1960s, listening to this album watching the sun go down behind a Mediterranean island. Beautiful cinematic music! Favorite track: Still Moorings.
