    Alex This one grabbed my attention immediately. The mix of music and rainfall on the opening track works so well - the rainfall masking my tinnitus - I wish it would go longer. I'm a fairly recent listener to Jeff Pearce, but this makes me wonder how I managed to go so long without discovering his music. Easily my favourite album of the last few months. Favorite track: Rain This Morning.

    alex_storer I haven't felt excitement like this at discovering a new album for some time... Six is bang on the money. Great lyrics, catchy riffs and outstanding production; I love the energy of these tracks. While I drew obvious Depeche Mode comparisons, Iris still have the kind of dynamism that the Mode have lost in later years. This is my album of the year (even if it came out last year). Encore! Favorite track: Sundowner.
